Culinary Skåne in a nutshell

Many chefs down here in Southern Sweden are proud of Skåne’s culinary tradition. It’s something they want to preserve and develop, and show off too. This led to the birth of the Culinary Skåne project, which now boasts 25 certified restaurants. Quite simply the best Skåne has to offer. Inns, gourmet restaurants and some of the best chefs in Scandinavia. Of course the entire initiative revolves around local food and fantastic local ingredients. The restaurants which have signed up to Culinary Skåne already have a high profile but are also seeking to take Skåne’s culinary traditions further, ideally together with other restaurateurs.
